When are you open?

The studio is open 7 days per week, from 6 am - midnight.

How much does it cost to rent?

Rental costs vary by whether it’s a private rental or class. Prices can be found here.

What happens if I Can’t Make my appointment?

Renters are permitted to reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours prior. The studio does not provide refunds.

How do I get in the studio?

You will receive a code on the day of your rental via text to the phone number you provided in your account.

How early can I arrive?

While we have a generous waiting area, please be courteous to renters in the space and do not enter more than 5 minutes before your rental. If you need more time please contact the studio via text or email.

I booked a class now what?

We would love to feature your class and help you promote!
DM us the flyer & information on our Instagram.
We also have a class calendar featured on our website! If you would like your classes to appear on our public class calendar, please create a Google Calendar invite on your calendar and then invite us: thesbstudiophx@gmail.com.

You must include full details on your invites in the description, including how students can sign up for class and contact you with questions. We cannot assist with any class-specific questions.
